Check-in

1. Find the lockbox

You will receive an access code for the lockbox prior to your check in time. Your access code is programmed to be active for the duration of your stay. The lockbox is located to the right of the building in a small gap between the concrete and a small standalone fence, hanging on a thick silver chain as pictured below. 

2. Open the lockbox

Touch anywhere on the front panel of the lockbox to activate the screen. Enter the code that was sent to you and you will hear a happy little unlock tone. Pull the front panel down to open and you will find two sets of keys inside. Take one set of keys (leave one in there to avoid accidental lockouts) and close the lock box (you will see it lock). 3. Access the unit

  1. The White Swipe Card is required to access the apartment building and the front door is pictured below for reference. The light will go green after you swipe, to confirm you can open the doors to get access to the lift.  

  2. Enter the lift at the end of the corridor.

  3. Use your swipe card to activate the lift (via the panel on the left internal wall of the lift) and press level 1.

  4. Once you are on level 1. Go straight forward and find apartment 103

  5. Use your key to open the door

  6. Don't forget to take the key out of the door. 

  7. NOTE: The door automatically locks from the outside - never leave the apartment without a key!
